Robbinsdale United Church of Christ holds an annual meeting and other called meetings of the congregation where members consider and vote on church matters. The Coordinating Council is the governing body of the church that formulates and implements church policy between annual meetings. Much of the work of the church is supported by nine ministries. The coordinating council meets monthly and consists of the following members: Minister, Moderator, Past Moderator, Vice-Moderator, Treasurer, Church Clerk, and a representative from each of the ministries.
